In previous releases of SOLIDWORKS, Recent Documents only stored 16 documents. It can now store up to 100 recent documents. The default setting is now 50. The range can be set from 1 to 100.
The setting is located at the top of the General System Options.
NOTE: When you lower the value and later change it to a higher value, it will not remember the history. It will start to build back up as you open more models during your SOLIDWORKS session.
Recent Documents can include documents opened from other documents by selecting “Include documents opened from other documents.”
You can now filter documents just like the open dialog box shown below.
